EP3000 Electro-Pneumatic Positioner
1、概要
EP 3000系列電氣閥門定位器與氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)配套使用,輸入4~20mA DC的信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換輸出空氣壓力,控制執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的動(dòng)作。同時(shí)根據(jù)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的行程進(jìn)行反饋,從而使執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的行程能按控制信號(hào)進(jìn)行定位。
EP3000系列電乞閥門定位器能用于單動(dòng)作型和雙動(dòng)作型執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)。
Electro-Pneumatic Positioner
1、GENERAL
The EP3000 Series Positioner,mounted on a pneumatic actuator,moves the actuator by receivingDC4~20mA signals from a controller.Also,the function of detecting and feeding back the actuator displacement provides accurate position in response to DC4~20mA signals.
The EP3000 can be used with both single and double action on actuators.
注:耐壓防爆型(隔爆型)的使用環(huán)境溫度范圍為-20~+80℃。
本質(zhì)**型(本安型)的使用環(huán)境溫度范圍為-40~+60℃。
In the case of explosion proof type,temperature range is -20~+80℃.
In the case of intrinsically safe explosion proof type,temperature range is -40~+60℃.

3、特點(diǎn)
①適用于小容量及大容量的執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)由于采用了載荷控制彈簧,選擇相應(yīng)的彈簧后就能獲得適合于該執(zhí)行的定位器。
②耗氣量?。?/span>放大器的耗氣量小、容量大。
③可以選擇輸出特性,由于反饋機(jī)械中有凸輪裝置,因此可以選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)特性以外的輸出特性。
④各種反饋方式對(duì)應(yīng)的型號(hào):
只要更換凸輪裝置,就可以用于以下對(duì)應(yīng)的執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)。

⑤易變換成反作用放大器,單作用執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)在需要反作用控制時(shí),正作用型放大器很容易變換成反作用型放大器。
⑥耐壓防爆型可在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行調(diào)整。
3.FEATURES
①USABLE WITH SMALL AND LARGE CAPACITY ACTUATORS
By adjusting the built-in capacity control spring,the positioner can be made optimum to the given actuator.
②LOW AIR CONSUMPTION
The relay is low in air consumption and large in capacity.
③OUTPUT CHARACTERISTICS SELECTABLE
Having a cam within the feedback construction,choices other than the standard linear characteristic available.
④COMPATIBLE WITH VARIOUS FEEDBACK TYPES
Applicable to the following types by simply exchanging the cam block.

⑤REVERSE ACTION RELAY EASILY AVAILABLE
The positive acting relay can be used as a reverse action relay when combined with a single acting actuator that requires a reverse action control.
⑥EXPLOSION PROOF STRUCTURE MARKING ON-SITE ADJUSTMENT POSSIBLE
Explosion proof construction,with the terminal and coil blocks enclosed together in one package,makes it possible to remove the positioner cover for inside inspection or span adjustment even in an explosive ambient.
⑦INTRINSICALLY SAFE CONSTRUCTION FOR A WIDE RANGE OF APPLICATIONS
The intrinsically safe construction covers terminals and clil as one package.This,combined with the adoption of the specified zener barrier,makes the unit applicable in all hazardous gas location(including Class 0 zone)ranging from low(-40℃)to high(+60℃)temperature environment.V
